COVID-19 County report: Record 41 new cases in Menifee

The Riverside County Health Department reported 41 new cases of COVID-19 in Menifee since Thursday -- by far the biggest one-day increase yet. Riverside County also set a one-day record with 1,431 new reported cases of COVID-19 today.

Here are the COVID-19 numbers reported on Friday, July 10 by the Riverside County Health Department:

Total individuals tested: 276,634 (increase of 3,653)

Total confirmed cases: 24,765 (increase of 1,431)

Total deaths: 537 (increase of 4)

Confirmed cases in Menifee: 492 (increase of 41)

Deaths in Menifee: 7 (no change)

Hospitalized: 526 (increase of 13)

Number in ICU: 116 (decrease of 1)

Number recovered: 9,367 (increase of 121)
