• I don't know about shopping malls, but there is a "shopping center" planned in those open fields along Haun Road, by Newport Road.
  
  You might want to refer to the Riverside County Integrated Plan, which shows you what kind of land-use is planned for what areas in Menifee. The link below is the RCIP Map for Menifee:

  The areas in shades of yellow and white are designed for residences, while shades of red, pink, and purple are commercial.
