Menifee Wildcats micro football team wins championship

Congratulations to the Menifee Wildcats micro football (10u) team, which won the Southern California Junior All-American Division 1 championship last weekend at Yucaipa High School.

After going 8-0 during the regular season, the Wildcats won two playoff games to advance to the Super Bowl. Then they defeated a previously undefeated San Bernardino team 18-12 for the championship.

Sixteen teams from throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties competed in the event.
