Why not have an officer standing by at Haun and Newport to ticket those that block traffic by trying to get under the caution light? Took me 1/2 hour to get through that light as the people on Haun turning right onto Newport would block the intersection so the east bound traffic couldn't move. I know the construction is going on but this has been going on way before construction started.
