The new school year for Menifee Union School District will start on Aug. 15 and will bring a few changes to school campuses.
School district officials would like to remind all parents and students that schools adhere to a strong "safety first" policy and there will be a new visitors guideline for individuals visiting school campuses, volunteering or picking up students during school time.
Other important reminders for parents include information on low cost insurance for children and transitional kindergarten eligibility with dates for the last transitional kindergarten information meetings.
All the reminders mentioned can be found under the announcements section on the MUSD website, as well as other information regarding school matters.
