Sun City Civic Association will hold a special meeting Tuesday, June 11 at 7 p.m. to introduce to members the proposed 2013 amended and restated association bylaws.
The meeting will take place in Webb Hall, 26850 Sun City Blvd. The association's attorney, Peter Racobs of Fiore, Racobs and Powers, will be present to present the document, answer questions and explain the voting requirements necessary to change the existing Bylaws to the Proposed Bylaws,
The board will officially approve the action to take the matter to a vote of the membership and select an independent, third-party election company to handle the voting.

It sure would be nice if the current board would notify the members of this meeting. It seems as though all of their meetings are held for a select few members. The new management group Avalon is worse than Merit and will wind up costing the members thousands in legal fees...
