Starting May 11, Quantum Fitness will launch its first annual community-wide fitness challenge. The idea behind the Fitness Challenge is to help motivate individuals to reach their personal goals with the support and accountability of a team behind them, and a competitive fire to fuel their ambition.
For just $10 per person for six weeks of training, it’s an incredible incentive to start getting fit for summer. For your convenience, there are three training session times to choose from each week during the six week challenge: Saturday at 8 a.m., Wednesday at 8 a.m., or Thursday at 6 p.m. You will work at your own level at each training session to help you achieve your personal best.
You can sign up with a team or sign up individually and they’ll place you on a team. Sign up and stop by Quantum Fitness on or before Friday, May 10 to receive your complimentary body assessment, which includes weight, measurements, and body fat calibration.
Because points earned are based on percentages, the playing field is even for everyone. Whether your goal is to lose weight or just tone up, you’re essentially competing against your own initial weigh-in. This is why it’s important for a trainer to log your measurements before the fitness challenge commences.
