Three Arrested in Connection With String of Retail Thefts

The Menifee and Perris Police Departments today announced the arrest of three suspects in connection with numerous retail thefts at various grocery stories and pharmacies in the area throughout March and April.

On Sunday, a search warrant was served in the 1600 block of Edgefield Drive in the city of Perris. Today, at about 8 a.m., two additional search warrants were served by the Perris Station Detective Bureau and Special Enforcement Teams.

One warrant was served in the 500 block of Water Street in the city of Perris. The other warrant was simultaneously served in the 29000 block of Archibek Drive in Nuevo.

The subsequent searches at these locations revealed items stolen from area grocery stores, pharmacies, and hardware stores in the cities of Corona, Menifee, Perris, Moreno Valley, and Murrieta. The following suspects were arrested for multiple counts of commercial burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary and booked at the Southwest Detention Center:

  • 22-year-old Dloreen Lachesky of Nuevo (above left)
  • 42-year-old Camillo Rivera of Nuevo (right)
  • 34-year-old Eric Rivera of Perris (below left)
