Menifee in Pictures: Can Someone Identify This Bird?

OK, bird watchers, help us out. What kind of bird is this? There's a whole flock of them that hang out alongside Holland Road east of Briggs Road, next to an irrigation ditch lined with bushes and fence posts that make nice bird perches. This bird is very distinctive with its black feathering and bright red marking on the wing.
