The following is a staff review of a new business in town:
There’s a new restaurant in town, the Breakfast House Los Tejabanes. Located in the Shops at Scott off of Scott and Haun Road, the Breakfast House is one of the first establishments to open in this center, and is conveniently situated right off Interstate 215.
Owner and head chef Miguel Campos has dreamed of opening his own restaurant for many years now. With so much heart and dedication poured into his very own restaurant, no detail was overlooked in the conception and construction of the Breakfast House. The interior has been carefully planned and decorated to offer a family friendly dining experience.
Campos was born and raised in Mexico and began working in the restaurant industry as soon as he came to America. With more than 25 years experience in the food industry, he knows a thing or two about cooking up delicious menu options. His menu consists of family inspired recipes and home-style fusion offerings, melding together authentic Mexican cuisine with American classics.
Although named Breakfast House, Campos’s restaurant is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day and offers an extensive menu of breakfast, lunch, and dinner favorites, all of which are available at any time of the day. According to front of house manager Lisabeth Campos, the idea behind the all-inclusive menu and its any-time availability is to cater to the public’s appetite for variety. The wide range of offerings is meant to be family oriented, so the entire group can try something different but in one place.
“We want diners to be able to get breakfast for dinner if they want. They can order anything they want, anytime they want it,” Lisabeth explains.
Beer and wine are available, and the restaurant is working on a happy hour menu as well. Although they’ve only been open a few weeks, the Breakfast House already has big plans for specials, daily deals, and more.
The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, complimented by colorful décor and authentic music. Family owned and operated by 10 Campos family and extended family members, there is a whole lot of good food and good times to be had at the Breakfast House Los Tejabanes.

ReplyDeleteI understand that the owner at one time was the Chef at the Breakfast Club. Makes sense. I'm looking forward to trying it and hoping they do really well !!
