This month, local cleaning company Oasis Maids is celebrating its one-year anniversary. After one year of successful business, owner Eric Juarez is more than excited to continue providing the surrounding area and beyond with sparkling clean homes. Business for Oasis Maids has grown exponentially since day one, with growth occurring in all facets of their operation.
“I think growth is attributed to the Oasis Maids philosophy of treating every customer as our very first. There is a professional connection with a personal twist with each customer. This method has allowed us to provide over 1,500 cleanings since our first day,” said Juarez.
That’s over four houses cleaned nearly every day since they started, and there’s no sign of slowing down. The service Oasis Maids provides is personalized and consistent, which keeps clients coming back week after week, move after move, party after party.
Their success can in part be attributed to the level of training their employees receive, beginning with the right skills and cleaning methodology. Each of their cleaning staff receives anywhere from 15 to 20 hours of training and an additional 15 to 20 hours of on the job training before they are considered up to par.
“We focus on attention to detail, quality, and customer service skills,” Juarez said. “As a business owner, I've learned a lot about this industry, being an employer, and providing a service to customers. In the beginning, it was a steep learning curve."
But with unheard of success for a first year company, Oasis Maids is clearly doing something very right.
Luckily for residents both near and far, expansion is in the plan for the coming year ahead. They plan to grow geographically and expand their service area south to San Diego and northwest to Los Angeles. Additionally, they plan to expand their current services to include professional floor care for carpet, tile, and wood, and exterior window cleaning. This would allow their customers a one-stop-shop for all their house-cleaning needs.
“I would like to say thank you to all of our customers for their support in Oasis Maids. We couldn't have done it with out them,” Juarez said.
