Menifee Lakes Country Club Hosts Thanksgiving Feast

The traditional Thanksgiving feast is something Americans look forward to all year, but you never hear anyone talk about how fun the clean-up is. So Menifee Lakes Country Club gives you all the fun and delectable fixings, without a sink full of dishes.

On Thursday, Nov. 22, Menifee Lakes will host an all-out Thanksgiving feast brunch buffet from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m., including champagne or sparkling cider.

The menu is set to feature all the traditional favorites and a whole host of other options as well. A carving station will include an oven roaster French turkey with lots of dark meat and gravy, ham with raisin sauce, and roast beef au jus with horseradish.

Side dishes include Yukon gold mashed potatoes, savory cornbread dressing, candied yams, green bean casserole, cranberry relish, rolls, broccoli with cheese sauce, cheese blintzes, Belgian waffles, crossiants, and stuffed shells with marinara sauce.

A full salad bar will offer up garden salad, fresh fruit, Waldorf salad, cucumbers and onions, Greek spinach pasta salad, carrot and raisin salad, deviled eggs, and shrimp cocktail.

No dessert spread would be complete without traditional pumpkin and pecan pie, of course. Their sweet display will also include gourmet pastries, lemon meringue pie, apple dumplings, Éclairs, cookies, and butterscotch bread pudding.
