Paloma Valley Plays Perris in Homecoming Game Tonight

Paloma Valley High School will continue its Homecoming Week celebration tonight at 7 with a Sunbelt League home football game against Perris High.

The Wildcats will try to even their league record at 1-1. After starting the season 5-0, Paloma Valley lost a 31-28 decision to Elsinore last week.

Paloma's explosive offense features running back David Solis, who has carried the football 94 times for 1,027 yards and 14 touchdowns this season. He is averaging 171.2 yards per game. Quarterback Brent Boehm has completed 59 percent of his passes for 1,088 yards and 12 TDs. He has also rushed for 222 yards and four touchdowns.

On defense, Paloma Valley is led by linebacker Richard Krottmayer (59 total tackles), lineman Charlie Wallace (38 tackles) and linebacker Cody Lewis (17 solo tackles).

Perris has a 1-4 overall record and is 0-1 in league play after losing to Heritage last week, 52-6.
