The Beer Hunter is a sportsbar with a location in La Quinta. They offer a large selection of beer, about 200 brands, along with the usual pub style food. The La Quinta location is a very popular hangout for sports fans and beer drinkers.

The Menifee location will be at the Countryside Marketplace.

Sounds like Bob's Pitstop is going to have some competition.

You can learn more about The Beer Hunter at it's La Quinta website...

  1. The Beer Hunter is more than a Sports Bar. It is a Family Friendly Sports themed restaurant. Not to mention the awesome menu from Steak, Pasta, Seafood, Salads, Sandwiches, Burgers, kids meals, and Appetizers. Speaking of appetizers, wait until you have the best NACHOS ever. If you've had the Beer Hunter Nachos you know what I'm talking about.

  2. Has anyone heard about B.J’s brewery? Is it still coming or is it a dead issue?

  3. BJ's is a dead issue, probably won't come until the economy hit it's stride again.

  4. Some of the best chips & salsa I've ever had!

  5. I guess if the Beer Hunter is indeed coming then BJ's would not, they seem similiar to me.

  6. BJ's and The Beer Hunter are far different. TBH is a sports bar, while BJ's is a brewery and pizza house. You go to BJ's to enjoy good food and great beer. You go to TBH to enjoy sports, parties, and entertainment.

  7. You go to the Beer Hunter for GREAT FOOD, GREAT BEER from around the world. Plus, they have the best sports coverage you'll ever find. (All SPORTS)

  8. Greatest news I've heard in a long time. I've been to the LaQuinta Beer Hunter. Menifee is in for a treat. A restaurant with great food choices!!!

  9. Great News! I'm glad there's somewhere else to go besides Buffalo Wild Wings for me. I hope TBH is planning on showing UFC events, if so I'm all in! Congrats to the owners of TBH for grasping the opportunity for guaranteed success here in Menifee. BJs can just think about how much money they've already lost since the center opened. Just ask the people over at Red Robin. Most of the new businesses are proving to be top producers in their regions.

  10. I agree, Buffalo Wild Wings gets way too crowded!

  11. I'm almost 100% positive they show all UFC events.

  12. The website for Menifee's Beer Hunter is www.thebeerhunter.net

And yes, we do show all UFC events!

  15. Having lived in La Quinta I am very familiar with the Beer Hunter, their chicken Nachos (w/o beans) are the best nachos I have ever had. Their burgers are excellent and their prices are modest. One year during the Bob Hope Invitational I sat at the table next to Roger Clemens and entourage. The Beer Hunter with a multitude of TVs for sports and their pool tables is going to be a welcome addition to our city.

  16. Great news! Love the food. Hope you are building a large space cuz' this town needs a place like this and EVERYTHING is built way too small around here!
Overcrowding would certainly be a huge disappointment. Welcome!

  17. Hope you guys will be able to carry some Stone Beers.

  18. We plan to have Stone Beers, like Stone Pale Ale and Stone IPA. You can check out our Hall of Foam beer menu on our La Quinta Beer Hunter website which is www.laquintabeerhunter.com

  19. Dan, I would love to see Menifee Beer Hunter go head to head with Barley & Hops in Temecula, in terms of what you have on tap. I've been to the La Quinta Beer Hunter, and it has a lot of bottled stuff, but can't match Barley & Hops' taps.

  20. Hello Steve, At The Beer Hunter in La Quinta we do have several bottled brews 185 give or take 5 due to availability along with 27 draft handles with a heady variety. We plan to have a simalar selection at the Menifee location. Cheers,Dan

  21. Bob's Pitstop have competition?! HAHAHAHAHAHA! That place will go under so fast. They offer two things, horrible food, and Budlight... oh my gosh! So much variety! Bye bye eyesore!

  22. This is indeed an exciting addition to the city of Menifee! We're very fortuitous to be getting something like this. For too long we've had to drive to Temecula or Murrieta to enjoy a decent sports bar and my friends and I have discussed the properties location as an ideal candidate. (Next to Baskin Robbins and MBC, adjacent to the fire pit.)

It's going to be flippin' sweet!

  23. How about Buzztime Trivia? Would love to see that come to Menifee.

  27. First time visit today. My wife ordered a cheeseburger and I ordered the boneless chicken wings. Took one bite of a wing and realized that they were compltely RAW. Management was very apologetic, only compt the wings. Handed us a certificate to use at another time. Looked at the certificate at home, $25.00 certificate with an expiration date of today 7/25/10. Hope I don't get sick.
