PICTURE OF FUTURE DEVELOPMENT IN MENIFEE

Post a Comment

  1. Are there any plans for a fire station or police station anywhere when Menifee becomes a city?? Lots of development, lots of potential for fires and crime.

  2. This community really needs the shopping and services!!!!

  3. How accurate is this map? Home depot is being built 2 exits up at Ethanic road (Building almost done). Where did the information come from that they will build another at scott road?

  4. The Home Depot at Scott & Haun is at this moment, still in the plans. In the same center with Home Depot will also be Circuit City, and Costco, and I believe Petco, and Sport Chalet.

The reason why Home Depot wants to be in Menifee is because Lowes will also be in Menifee, on Haun & Newport.

  5. Enough Storage facilities already...They're all over the freakin' place...More dining and shopping.

  6. I don't see any Circle K's in there. How about a Greek restaraunt!

  7. Do you have map to the north? Between Sun City and Perris. Lots of land there.

  8. What's with the Circle K comments??? Who cares about Circle K?

I really hope all of this development will offer something DIFFERENT and UNIQUE compared to the other regional shopping already available in Murrieta, Temecula, and Elsinore.

It will be nice to finally see some more business park development as well.

  10. How about somebody posting a new photo of the proposed developments since we became a city??????
Would sure love to get a movie theatre- sick of driving all the way to Cal Oaks!!

Horrible. What is wrong with Menifee Mayor and City Council? Way too dense, bringing insane traffic to the area. Not well thought out at all. Start voting against any incumbent in Menifee.
