There's a discussion going on on Topix regarding inadequate security, or lack of security, at the Enclave Apartments, along Antelope Rd, by the college.Keep in mind that people usually only say something when things are going wrong. I imagine there are also people who feel that the Enclave Apartments are a great place to live.
- Has anyone noticed that this complex has attracted more garbage rather than nice families or hard working folks. All I ever see in there are young punk kids, dope smokers, gang members, tweekers and everything other than good people.
- I have lived in the Enclave apartments for about 4 months. Within these first months my car has been broken into twice while under a car port with lights on it. Management does nothing. Expensive rent, gated community, security cameras, security guard all for what? One of the worst places I have lived thus far in my life.
- i have had the worst living experience here. We have lived here over 2 years and it sucks. My car was broken into under the car port, only looked thru my glove box, nothing stolen, weird...
- We stayed there for about 5 months while our house was being built and I did noticed how many punks were roaming around and grabbing on girls, smoking and anything else. All this right around the office and nothing being done about it.
- The rent is expensive and getting worse. For those who could afford a home or condo, I think you could benefit better than living in this dump.
- Not only are most of our neighbors loud, 1 of them actually being someone that works in the front office, but the party and noise factor is non stop night after night.

those apartment are very bad its not the people who run them its the element that rents them. they are some what cheap so they attract gang members dope dealers and just dirt bags msjc police offerd to patrol them but the cheif of police droped the ball by not doing anything when the managers asked them to......so it will be a meth head apartment soon

From the checking I've done, these are not Cheap Rent Apartments. When the developers of these Apartments came to our Association meeting before construction, many of the Menifee Lakes homeowners were very concerned. I guess our worst fears are coming to reality. There have been rumors that even the Apt Manager (past) was a drug dealer within the complex. It really is a sad development for all of Menifee.

I need to make a correction to my last posting. The rumor was regarding the Enclave Security person who was suspected of dealing drugs within the complex, not the Apt Manager. But take it for what it's worth....only a rumor right??

im getting ready to move to these apartments and currently i live at pinnacle riverwalk in riverside that place is horrible if u want to talk shit its the place to move to.. well i hope all of these comments are just rumors and suspicions not truth, they seam to be nice to me and also they are the first community i have lived in where they do a background and credit check, i found them unusually hard to qualify for beings both me and my husband passed the background check but he was rejected based on credit and he is a marine.. ?? but neways they seam nice and i think with any community theres good and bad, right now we pay 1156 for a one bedroom and the crime level and rapist that has been praying on these apartments would make anything better then here...........

My husband and I (and our young son) have lived there for almost two years. Anyone that calls these apartments a $h*^ hole, has never really lived in one. Every apartment complex will have some problems, but we have never had any serious ones since moving here. When we first moved in we had a noisy neighbor for about a week until another tenant complained and then he/she was gone shortly after. All of the staff is very helpful and nice. There is an event in the clubhouse every month that is free to residents. Maintenance responds within a day. The rent is certainly reasonable for the size and amenities. I would tell anyone to check them out for themselves before listening to some of the comments posted on topix... and check out apartment ratings.com. There are only three reviews, but they all speak highly of the complex.

i had formly posted the review before i had moved into these apartments and we have lived here for over a yr now and it is nice nothing worng at all and i very seriously doubt that the security guard was or is a drug dealer ... i think everyone needs to stop talking crap about these apartments and foucus on what is really happing in menifee and that is there are more forclosures in this area then in most and from what i have noticed its the apartments that hold the nice hard working people and the houses that are being bought for dirt cheap housing the people with the problems...
