I have just got off the phone with Jeff Stone's Office. He is our County Supervisor. I called in regards to the park that was supposed to be built off of La Ladera Road in Menifee. They informed me that they are having a ground breaking ceremony in the beginning of April 2005. This is good news to anyone involved in youth sports. We are in desperate need of playing fields for soccer and baseball. Both the Menifee Valley Little League and Menifee AYSO are raising money to purchase their own land.

I believe all of these new home developers should be footing the bill for these facilities, and not by attaching Mello Roos to the Homebuyers. They are bringing in all of the new people to Menifee Valley.
