City releases updated map of future Center Pointe tenants

Here's an updated map of businesses coming to the Center Pointe Shopping Center, located in the far west section of Menifee Town Center, bordering Newport Road.

From west to east along the row of buildings under construction on Newport Road, those with signed leases include Wendy's, Olive Garden, Sleep Number, Western Dental Centers, Berkshire Hathaway, and Luna Grill Mediterranean. From west to east at the back of the center, those with signed leases are Sprouts Farmers Market, Nail Salon, Monsta Snow, and Taco Bar. Office space is proposed in the lower left corner of the map, and a couple commercial pads still are available. The "adjacent property" and open spaces in the right part of the map is Krikorian property, where construction for the theater complex and other Krikorian-owned commercial businesses (not yet announced) remains delayed.
