The Paloma Valley High School girls basketball team improved its season record to 10-0 Tuesday night with a 55-43 victory at Murrieta Mesa in a nonleague game.

The Wildcats took a 23-14 lead at halftime and never looked back. The team has a week off before playing their league opener at Notre Dame of Riverside on Dec. 17.

Junior Sydney Woodley leads the Wildcats in scoring this season with a 16.7 ppg average. Junior Mya Pierfax averages 15.6 ppg and junior Trinitee Bradley averages 13.1 ppg. Woodley is the team's leading rebounder, averaging 10.9 per game.
