Police seek help in finding missing 86-year-old Menifee man

Update: This missing man has been located safely.

Police are asking for the public's help in finding an at-risk adult who has been missing from his Menifee home since Thursday.

Fredrick Vanallen, 86, was reported missing at 8:58 p.m. According to a Sheriff's Department news release, he left his home in the 28000 block of Murrieta Road in a Gray 2008 Hyundai Sonata, license number 6JEC782, intending to visit an auto shop at the corner of Bradley Road and Park Avenue. He never returned home.
