Taekwondo is a traditional Korean form of martial arts. With over 300 locations in South Korea, MTA is its biggest star. MTA is proud to announce its first school in the United States, here in Menifee.
The core of MTA can be summed up with our mantra: "Right mind will change my future." Essentially, this means that character development and growth will translate into a great person at home, in the community, and at school. At MTA Taekwondo Family Martial Arts School, the goal is for students to grow and become "Champions of Life."
MTA Taekwondo promotes character growth and focuses on positive character traits such as diligence, humility, honesty, thoughtfulness, and self-confidence. MTA’s streamlined awards system will encourage students to feel a sense of achievement, self-confidence, and motivation and earn the "Victory." Character goals and physical training will be combined to show students the true value of Taekwondo, which is having a strong mind while being physically fit through exercises and techniques. Through MTA Taekwondo character training, students of all ages will improve their bodies and minds.
With students beginning at 4 years old, there are a variety of courses for the whole family. MTA offers flexibility, a healthy atmosphere, stress relief, and joy. MTA supports a traditional approach to Taekwondo while maintaining a modern curriculum and approach. That is why MTA Taekwondo has a variety of courses, clubs, and programs for children and adults.
For energetic toddlers, there is the Super Dragon Class. There is also the Child Class for school-aged children and Teen/Adult courses for the growing teen and busy adult. Finally, there is the Family Class for all to enjoy.
MTA Taekwondo's state of the art facility offers 6,000 square feet with three practice halls. MTA Taekwondo Family Martial Arts School is located off Scott Road and Antelope Road in Menifee, next to Carl's Jr. To celebrate the grand opening, MTA Taekwondo is offering a free one-week trial.
