215 Freeway Closures Affects Motorists in Menifee Area

Note: This schedule has been updated to reflect the fact that the full freeway closure previously listed has been cancelled.

As work continues on the Interstate 215 Central project, portions of the freeway as well as on- and off-ramps will be affected during the late night hours the rest of this week. This affects travel from Scott Road north to Highway 74 West. Here is the complete schedule:


Wednesday and Thursday, May 14-15, 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Friday, May 16, 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.


Freeway lane closures northbound between Scott Road and Highway 74 West. No detour is required because as least one lane will remain open.


Wednesday and Thursday, May 14-15, 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Friday, May 16, 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.


Freeway lane closures southbound between Highway 74 West and Scott Road. No detour is required because as least one lane will remain open.

Wednesday and Thursday, May 14-15, 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Friday, May 16, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
