  2. sounds like a great program. But it's too expensive for most of us seniors living on a fixed income. The $100, maybe, but the non member fee is over the top. I can't afford to be a member or pay the non member fee. Maybe I could scrap up the $100. But for the sake of your seniors you could do a community consideration and lower even that cost and don't charge extra for non members.
