Santa Rosa celebrates its birthday with a carnival

Santa Rosa Academy held a carnival celebrating its 13th birthday on April 13 at the school.

This event has been recurring for the past couple of years, and it has become somewhat of a tradition for the school.

Students were encouraged to attend, although the gathering wasn’t limited just to them. The school advertised that the carnival was intended to be enjoyed by everyone of all ages, meaning entire families could visit and enjoy themselves.

The carnival was centered around the staff-made stations that dotted the football field. Tents and various food trucks were spread across the event, serving a variety of cuisine. Snow cones, hot dogs, and lemonade were all supplied for the attendees.

Stations included a rock-climbing wall, slide, beanbag-toss, candy crane, and many others.
