Tender Loving Learning Center has always been about providing the utmost care and education for your little ones. Even after 22 years in business, founder and director Nichole Ramoy still operates by the founding principle to provide children with a safe, warm, and developmentally appropriate environment to enhance the social, physical, emotional and intellectual growth of your little ones.
Since the age of 18 Miss Nichole has adored working with children. With a degree in child development and love of helping little ones develop in all aspects of growth, she focuses on love and nurturing. It is important to her that TLLC maintains a low child to teacher ratio so that every child receives the full attention they deserve.
Using positive reinforcement and a group effort mentality, Tender Loving Learning Center offers a safe and happy preschool environment for children ages 2-1/2 to 4 year olds and occasionally 5 years old.
“Preschool is becoming a lot more important with kindergarten standards increasing and kindergarten classroom sizes currently 30+ students compared to 20 students maximum per classroom just a few years ago,” Nichole shares.
Without rigid regulations her flexible scheduling is designed to be as helpful as possible to busy parents and the needs of their schedules. She offers a morning and afternoon preschool session available two, three, four and five days a week with the option to expand the hours needed for families on a regular basis or as needed.
Another unique aspect of TLLC is that they offer year round programs including the summer months. Unlike most any other preschool, they allow make up days for missed sessions and really try to keep their rates as low as possible. Snacks and lunch are also included in the program for no additional fee. They even offer potty training for no extra fee.
Not only does Miss Nichole absolutely love what she does, but she treats every child that comes to TLLC as if they were her own. Serving hot cocoa on a cold winter day or having fresh baked cookies ready after outdoor play are two sweet ways Miss Nichole assures her tiny students feel loved.
"I've been committed and dedicated to providing a quality preschool program for young children since September 1980. Our kindergarten readiness program includes language arts, math, fun with Spanish, computer learning, sign language, taekwondo class, gardening and much more. With over 34 years experience caring for and educating children, I balance knowledge with fun," she shares.
