Four people were hospitalized Saturday afternoon after a two-car collision on Winchester Road just north of Scott Road in Winchester.
The incident was reported at 4:24 p.m. Riverside County Firefighters responded and found one person trapped inside a vehicle. The individual was removed from the vehicle within a few minutes. Of the four people transported to a local hospital, one person was listed with critical injuries, one with moderate injuries and two with minor injuries.
