Paloma Valley Puts Perfect Record on Line at Home Tonight

Paloma Valley High School's football team will try to remain undefeated tonight when it hosts Temecula Valley in a 7 p.m. game at home.

The Wildcats are 4-0, having outscored the opposition, 200-29. Temecula Valley comes into the game with a 1-2 record. This is Paloma Valley's last game before beginning Sunbelt League play at Elsinore High Oct. 5.

Paloma is averaging 441 yards per game total offense. Quarterback Brent Boehm has completed 41 of 73 passes for 561 yards and nine touchdowns. Boehm has also rushed for 211 yards and four scores. The Wildcats' leading rusher is David Solis with 61 carries for 626 yards and seven touchdowns.

On defense, the Wildcats are led by linebacker Cody Lewis (38 total tackles),defensive lineman Charlie Wallace (28) and linebacker Richard Krottmayer (26).

Heritage High will also be playing its final game before league play tonight at 7, playing host to Rialto.

The Patriots lost their first game of the season last week, 35-32 to Great Oak. The Patriots offense is led by quarterback Mat Bradshaw and running back Jamal Morrow.
