Update: Riverside County Fire reports that this fire was fully contained at 7:30 p.m., having covered 50 acres. There were no injuries.

Another fear in the city of Sage, southeast of Hemet, is sending up smoke visible from Menifee, although this fire so far is much smaller than the Buck Fire, which consumed 3,000 acres a couple weeks ago.

Riverside County firefighters responded to this fire about 5 p.m. The latest update indicates the fire is "holding" at approximately 20-25 acres. There have been no injuries reported and no evacuations.

According to Fire Department reports, the blaze began in the area of DePortola and Palm streets.
