Tony Falco of Menifee Plumbing and Accurate Leak Locators has been announced as a silver sponsor for the City of Menifee Birthday Gala on Saturday, Oct. 3 from 7-10 p.m. at Audie Murphy Ranch Sports Park.

The event, coordinated by the expanded City of Menifee Community Services Department, is a ticketed event at $25 per person, or $45 per couple. It is intended for adults 21 and over, according to a city news release.

The Gala will include live jazz performers as attendees sample beer from Menifee's Mason Jar Brewing Company and wine from Canyon Crest Winery. Tickets will also include unlimited appetizers provided by BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse. Also included will be a "look back" slide show highlighting memorable accomplishments by the City and community.

Child care is available for $15 per child at the Kay Ceniceros Senior Center. Children will be supervised by Community Services Department staff and will participate in group competitions and movie viewing. They will receive a snack and refreshments.

"The Birthday Gala is a chance for our residents to enjoy an evening out in one of our beautiful parks, as we celebrate the seventh birthday of this great community with our neighbors and friends," said Robert Lennox, community services director.

Tickets must be purchased in advance before Oct. 2. They are available for purchase at the Kay Ceniceros Senior Center at 29995 Evans Road, at City Hall, or online at www.cityofmenifee.us/register here.

  1. It is unfortunate that our children, who have been born and raised here, are excluded from the celebration. We celebrate events as a family, not as an individual or couple looking to imbibe. We will not be participating.

  2. Bring back the fireworks and FAMILY FUN!
