Commission honors departing members Phillips, Karwin

Earl Phillips and Robert Karwin were honored as they left their positions on the Planning Commission Wednesday.

Two departing members of the Menifee Planning Commission were recognized Wednesday night during the commission’s meeting at City Hall.

 

Robert Karwin has served as a commissioner since his appointment in 2015. He will be sworn in as the District 1 representative on the Menifee City Council Dec. 16. Earl Phillips finished his time as an appointee on the commission, where he has served since 2013.
