The City of Menifee's month-long celebration of its 10th birthday will be capped off by a Fall Festival and Birthday Bash Oct. 20 at Mt. San Jacinto College. There will be live entertainment, food and vendor booths, trick or treating and a costume contest. The Fall Festival annually draws big crowds, so come out early and join the fun!
