Menifee House Fire Displaces Two Adults

Two adults were transported to the hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation after a single story residential structure fire in the Sun City community of Menifee Saturday morning, fire officials said.

The fire was reported at 7:39 a.m. in the 29000 block of Del Monte Drive. The fire was contained to two rooms and contents of the house. An adult male and female were displaced and the Red Cross has been contacted for assistance.

The fire was contained at 8:23 a.m., according to fire officials.
