The Menifee 24/7 Halloween Festival became so popular the last two years, we outgrew the format we alone could produce at Wheatfield Park. So this year we've teamed with the City of Menifee to re-brand the event as the Menifee Fall Festival and moved it to Audie Murphy Ranch Sports Park with better lighting, a stage with live performers, the costume contest you've become accustomed to and so much more! See the details below.
The Fall Festival includes:
-- More community vendors giving out more candy and running more games
-- A variety of food vendors, including BBQ beef, tacos/burritos, bacon wrapped hot dogs, Kona Ice and more
-- An expanded costume contest with streamlined registration, trophies and medals to more top finishers in several categories. Get your costume ready. Even your pet can enter!
-- Jumpers and bounce houses
-- Roving entertainment by Mr. Porkpie
-- A petting zoo
-- Live music on stage provided by the Backseat Pilots
-- Outdoor screening of the animated children's movie "ParaNorman"
Wristbands allowing children access to the kids zone and petting zoo cost $5 to help defray expenses. Otherwise, admission is free.
Remember the fun you had the last two years? (See photos below). Come on out and join us again this Saturday, Oct. 24, from 4-9 p.m. at Audie Murphy Ranch Sports Park, 30376 Lone Pine Drive at Newport Road. Parking is available in the sports park lots and adjacent streets. Traffic and pedestrian control will be provided.
