A Wildomar woman and a male juvenile from Wildomar have been arrested in connection with a strong arm robbery in the parking lot of Countryside Marketplace on Sept. 9, authorities reported on Wednesday, Sept. 16.

Leana Neggesmith, 18, was booked into Southwest Detention Center on suspicion of robbery and the 17-year-old male juvenile was booked into Southwest Juvenile Hall. The arrests were the result of work by the Menifee Burglary and Robbery Supression Team, according to a news release from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

The robbery occurred at about 5:46 p.m. on Sept. 9, when a woman reported that two suspects stole her purse and fled with an undisclosed amount of money and property contained in the purse. The incident reportedly took place in the parking lot in front of the Target store in the 30300 block of Haun Road.
