Story updated Feb. 18 at 1 p.m.:

The occupant of a mobile home who died in a fire early Sunday morning in Menifee has been identified.

The County Coroner's Office identified Dorothy Lee, 76, of Menifee as the person who died when fire engulfed a double-wide mobile home in Menifee.

Firefighters quickly knocked down the fire, which destroyed the mobile home and damaged a vehicle parked on site in the Bel Air Mobile Home Park, 27150 Shadel Road. The fire was reported at 5:52 a.m. and was extinguished within an hour.
