Deputies with the Perris Station Special Enforcement Team served a narcotics-related search warrant at a residence in the 24900 block of McPherson Road, in Perris, regarding suspected narcotics sales at the location.

According to the police report, the search of the residence that took place on Nov. 19, turned up a "Honey Oil" lab with its components and instruments used to process concentrated cannabis. In addition, deputies found evidence for sales of a controlled substance, three firearms (one of which was stolen), narcotics paraphernalia, and approximately 100 lbs. of processed marijuana.

Two suspects were arrested on the scene and booked at the Southwest Detention Center.

Bernard Jones, 36, and Liz Jones, 34, both of Perris, were charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, under the influence of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of marijuana for sales, maintain a drug house and child endangerment.
