Menifee Valley Medical Center and Physicians for Healthy Hospitals will be celebrating their 4 year anniversary of providing Menifee and Sun City with healthcare service, by hosting a community health fair.
 
The fair will have free health screenings, free doctor consultations, activities for kids, and much more.
 
The event will take place Nov. 1,  from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 28400 McCall Blvd.
