Firefighters had the Sabina Fire east of Murrieta fully contained at 8 a.m. Thursday, officials reported.

The brush fire, which broke out Wednesday morning, was contained to 78 acres south of Hemet and east of Murrieta in the community of Aguanga, according to Riverside County Fire Department officials. The blaze was first reported at 10:47 a.m. July 23 near Sabina Drive and Ballinger Road.

No injuries were reported. Cause of the fire is under investigation.
