Boys & Girls Club Offers Three New Programs in Menifee

The Boys & Girls Club of Menifee Valley has announced three special programs for club members this month.

From July 7-11, boys and girls ages 6-12 can sign up for a Bricks 4 Kidz Mining and Crafting Camp. Using the Minecraft computer game, children will be challenged to bring their virtual designs to life by building new mob figures, mosaics and custom models, incorporating LEGO Bricks.

Cost of the camp is $125, with financial assistance and sibling discounts available.

Acoustic guitar lessons will be offered on Mondays from 5-6 p.m., running from July 7-28. Guitars will be provided during the group lessons if children need one. This is for children ages 6-11. Cost it $28, with fnancial assistance and sibling discounts available.

A Parents' Night Out is scheduled for July 11 from 7-10 p.m. Giving the parents a chance to get out without the kids, children ages 6-13 may attend a one-hour magic show with Mr. Porkpie and Remnet Magical Entertainment. Cost is $20 with financial assistance and sibling discounts available.
