Cinnamon's Story: Beautiful Cinnamon is looking for a new quiet home because her owner was being evicted. She appears to be a red Bengal mix with a thick, pelt-like coat. She weighs about 12 pounds, has had a vet exam and is healthy. She's been spayed, vaccinated and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. Cinnamon is outgoing and friendly. She is a wonderfully sweet companion cat who likes to sleep on the bed with you.

Agency: Rescue and Rehome, a small private no-kill rescue.

Adoption details: $50 adoption fee; cash only. Adoption contract required.

Location: Quail Valley/Menifee, Southwest Riverside County. Local adoptions only within a 50 mile radius because they deliver the animal to its new home to do a home check. They are looking for adopters who are willing and able to care for this cat for its lifetime. Tyger's Story: Tyger is a local Menifee dog who is in the San Jacinto shelter and needs a good home. They said he is great with children of all ages, loves kids and people, is good with dogs of all sizes with a proper introduction, likes some cats, and is reported that he is ok with farm animals. He is housebroken and doesn’t make mistakes. He knows how to use a doggy door and is already crate trained. He prefers to sleep on his own doggie bed or with the kids. He would really love to be a lap dog! He is 3 years old and he weighs 77- 1/2 pounds. Tyger is neutered, housebroken, micro-chipped, and up to date on shots. His former owners said he is on a grain free diet due to allergies
