They offer two different styles of personal training sessions to fit your workout style. Choose a one on one appointment for concentrated attention that helps focus solely on you and your session, schedule half-hour or one-hour increments to best meet your needs. The other option is small group personal training of three to four people which offers not only a lower starting price point but also the encouragement and support of others looking to achieve similar goals.

Emilio: “I grew up in California almost all of my life and ever since I can remember I was always interested in fitness. In high school I surrounded myself with weights and made some really good friends along the way that encouraged my lifestyle. Later I met my trainer and mentor who suggested I go to NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) to become a personal trainer so that I could do what I love most and help others achieve their goals.”
Stephanie: “With over 8 years of experience serving in the United States Air Force, Stephanie began her career in the fitness industry serving as the Primary Fitness Leader for various military bases worldwide. Stephanie has since studied Sport Coaching Education with The University of Southern Mississippi and currently holds certifications as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer through AFAA. Awarded top trainer 2 consecutive periods at Biloxi Mississippi’s Gulf Coast premier fitness facility, Stephanie’s record of excellence is highly sought after and welcomed to our club. Specializing in Spin, High Intensity Interval Training (HITT), Speed and Agility Training, and Resistance/Body Weight classes, she brings different training ideas that are sure to keep your body guessing. A fitness enthusiast, Stephanie, brings an unconventional motivation technique to each of her classes. Her vivacious personality, high energy, and ability to appeal to a wide audience, from the beginner to the super fit athlete, has made her an inspiring and motivating trainer for people of all levels of fitness.”
Adam: Adam is a certified personal trainer who specializes in total body, fat melting, muscle toning workouts. He has over six years of baseball and soccer conditioning under his belt. With a love and passion for fitness he gets excited sharing his knowledge with his clients. No body is too difficult for Adam. “We will tackle your goal together,” he assures, “while making our workouts fun, innovative, and challenging.”
William: William is a certified personal trainer, boot camp instructor, and Army master fitness trainer. He’s CPR certified and a former infantryman who has served as a senior drill sergeant instructor at the United States Army Drill Sergeants Academy. He retired after 20-years of honorable service as an infantry company first sergeant. He holds a bachelors degree in Domestic Security Management and loves personal training.
Fitness 19’s team of personal trainers is committed to the health of their clients. In addition to training with small groups and individuals they also teach the classes and aerobics available at Fitness 19 throughout each day. Their ability to communicate effectively and get people excited about exercise is what makes them beyond qualified at what they do. Menifee’s Fitness 19 location has been continually adding more class offerings and times since they opened back in December and they will continue to do so to accommodate the growing number of requests. They are currently up to 90 classes weekly and they aren’t done yet.
