Donations Grow, Still Needed to Help Fund Boys & Girls Club

Menifee 24/7, a supporter of the fundraising campaign for the Menifee Valley Boys & Girls Club, would like to thank those who donated to the fund in the last week.

An additional $700 was donated last week, bringing the total donations to $8,200. There's still a long way to go to reach the organization's goal of $40,000, however.

On Tuesday, board members of the organization will make a presentation to the Menifee Union School Board regarding its request for use of the vacant Menifee Elementary School facility on Garbani Road. Plans continue in an effort to open the facility by the end of the year -- with your help.
