Humane Society Offers $25 Pet Adoptions at Oktoberfest

Through Oktoberfest, Ramona Humane Society promotes its goal of educating the public about the opportunity of adopting a companion animal. Oktoberfest is an outdoor event and showcase for the many adoptable animals that are waiting for homes at the shelter. RHS employees will educate Oktoberfest attendees on the benefits of adopting a pet instead of buying an animal through a newspaper ad or pet store.

Ramona Humane Society is celebrating Oktoberfest with $25 adoptions for all available shelter pets, Family Fun like the Frisbee Dog and a Sheriff K-9 presentation, a pumpkin patch, face painters, a jumper, Kids Zone and more. The event takes place on Saturday, Oct. 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Ramona Humane Society, 690 Humane Way, San Jacinto. For more information, call 951-654-8002 or check Facebook, Twitter or the RHS website.
