Penny Newman To Speak in Sun City About Environmental Issues

Riverside County United Communities, an organization serving Riverside County, will meet Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 8:30 AM for breakfast at Boston Billies Restaurant located at 26850 Cherry Hills Blvd. in the Sun City section of Menifee.

At 9:30 AM, guest speaker, Penny Newman, executive director of the Center for Community Action and Environmental Justice, will address environmental issues facing Southwestern Riverside County.

At 10:30 AM, Newman will address public comments.

Residents in the cities of Menifee, Jurupa, Perris, Nuevo, Desert Hot Springs, Lake Elsinore, Hemet, Wildomar, Mead Valley, Lake Mathews, Cherry Valley, Temecula, Murrieta, Wine County and Sky Valley are invited. Venue is accessible to persons with disabilities.
