The Gas Company, the company that provides natural gas to homes in Menifee, was awarded the highest ranking for customer satisfaction among all natural gas utilities in the western United States by J.D. Power and Associates.

According to The Valley Business Journal...

J.D. Power determined its customer-service rankings by interviewing more than 12,000 customers and examining six factors: company image, price and value, communications, billing and payment, customer service, and field service. The Gas Company came out on top among all 56 large natural gas utilities in the study.

So there you have it. If you were to move elsewhere, you wouldn't get better customer service from the local gas utility.
